The event was organized by TSEU, Uzbektourism national company and Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan. It was attended by representatives of organization, departments, tourism companies, hotels, diplomatic corps, international organizations, etc.

The conference participants discussed issues of professional skills of tour operators, development of education tourism, employment, role of educational centers for training specialists for tourism sector and others.

At the event, innovative projects in tourism sector, prepared by the TSEU students, have been presented.

Currently, there are over 800 firms and companies in tourism sector. Major part of them needs skilled specialists – tour operators, guides, managers.
