Trustbank to raise charter capital by 8.7bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Trustbank private open joint stock commercial exchange bank will increase its charter capital up to 15 billion soums. The shareholders of the bank adopted corresponding decision.

In line with the decision, the bank will emit 8.7 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total emission volume will make up 8.7 billion soums.

Currently, the charter capital of Trustbank is 6.3 billion soums, which comprises of 6.277 million ordinary and 23,000 preferential shares.
