According to the decision, Trustbank will pay 267 soums of dividends per ordinary share and 150 soums per preferential share for 2010.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 14.977 million ordinary shares and 23,000 preferential shares, the bank said.

The bank added that it will pay dividends with money resources.

Net income of Trustbank private open joint stock exchange bank increased from 7.688 billion soums in 2009 to 12.488 billion soums (+62.43%).
