Within the emission, the bank placed 4 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 1,000 soums. Shares of the issue were placed on open subscription.

In the result, the charter capital of Trustbank reached 21 billion soums, which comprises of 21 million shares for 1,000 soums. At the same time, number of ordinary shares makes up 20.977 million and preferential shares – 23,000.
