As reported earlier, the Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the decision on the nineteenth issue of shares of the bank on 11 September 2013.

Within the emission, Trustbank placed 5.25 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.

The shares were placed on open subscription. The shareholders had primary right to purchase securities of the issue.

In the result, the charter capital of the Uzbek bank reached 26.25 billion soums, which consists of 26.25 million shares, including 26.227 million ordinary and 23,000 preferential stocks.
