During the presentation, the participants familiarized with opportunities on processing and storing export-import and transit cargoes at terminal, which has strategic location between Europe and Asia. The detailed information on Navoi FIEZ and preferences for investors were presented, Jahon news agency reported.
It was noted that Logistic Center in Navoi has regional and sub-regional importance for transport and shipping companies, conducting freight transportation from Europe to Asia and vice versa. It was underlined that the Logistic Center in Navoi can become regional hub in global logistic network. Malaysian companies expressed readiness to establish cooperation with Uzbekistan.
The location of the center was underlined by the participants and soon it will become developed logistic point for export of products, manufactured at Navoi FIEZ.
Malaysian firms also expressed interest in establishing partnership with Uzbek companies to transport cargoes to Central Asia, Persian Gulf and Southern-Eastern Asia, as well as opening offices in Tashkent.
