Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan declared 2020 the Year of Development of Science, Education and the Digital Economy. This is very symbolic, because for further development it is more important than ever to have digital knowledge and modern information technologies.
In accordance with the third direction of the Five initiatives put forward by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan - creating conditions for the wide and effective use of computer technologies by the population and young people, attracting young people to entrepreneurship in the field of information technology, the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications, together with state authorities, continues to be created throughout republic Educational centers of digital technologies.
In this regard, the opening of the Training Centers for Digital Technologies took place in Taylak and Samarkand districts.
The opening ceremony of the training center in Taylak district was attended by the heads of the territorial administration of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications, subordinate enterprises and organizations in the Samarkand region, district activists and more than 50 youth representatives

In these training centers, young people aged 7 to 30 will improve their computer literacy free of charge. Those who successfully complete the courses will be awarded certificates. The training center provides training in information and communication technologies, robotics and e-sports.
The opening of these training centers became a memorable gift for the youth of the region in connection with the celebration of the 29th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
