Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- By Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers from 25 March 2023, amendments and additions were made to the Regulation on the procedure for regulating the relationship between traffic police officers and road users using special means.

In particular, the changes and additions envisage:

- the use of a special device to determine the state of intoxication from the use of narcotic or psychotropic substances by drivers of vehicles;

- an algorithm for the actions of traffic police officers in the event that the fact of the use of narcotic or psychotropic substances by drivers is established.
