Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Presidential resolution "On measures to accelerate the development of cooperation with the Turkic states in the field of tourism" was adopted.

The Resolution approved the concept of tourism "Blessed Pilgrimage" within the framework of the Turkic world.

Within the framework of the concept, seminars, symposiums, conferences, scientific and practical forums, publications of materials in popular science publications about the scientific and cultural heritage of great thinkers in Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, Shakhrisabz, Margilan, Kokand, Termez and other historical cities are held.

Thanks to cooperation within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States, the Blessed Pilgrimage brand will be created.

Starting from 2023, biennially held:

- in the third decade of May in the city of Margilan - an exhibition and scientific conference on the topic "The importance of Margilan silk fabrics on the international market";

- in the first ten days of June - the festival "Lavender";

- in July, together with the international organization "Turksoy" - the International Festival "Turkic-speaking youth" for students of higher educational institutions and youth;

- in the third week of August - the International media tour "Blessed Pilgrimage" and within its framework a meeting of the "B2B" format for business entities, media representatives, journalists and bloggers of the Turkic countries.
