According to the prospectus of emission, the company will place 98,293 ordinary shares with par value of 1,142 soums each. Total emission of the shares makes up 112,250,606 soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription. All shares of the issue will be placed to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan.

The securities will be paid due to resources, exempted from taxation, and dividends, which should be paid on state share.

UzLITTI CJSC and Toshuyjoyloyiha OJSC design-research organizations were merged into ToshuyjoyLITI OJSC. Newly founded enterprise specializes on developing standard projects, including apartment houses and public buildings, carrying out scientific-research work, etc.
