The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered emission prospectus of the company.

The company will issue 671,335 ordinary shares with par value of 1,142 soums. Total volume of emission on par value will make up 776,664,570 soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed through converting shares of UzLITTI CJSC and Toshuyjoyloyiha OJSC design-research organizations to shares of ToshuyjoyLITI OJSC.

UzLITTI CJSC and Toshuyjoyloyiha OJSC design-research organizations were merged into ToshuyjoyLITI OJSC. Newly founded enterprise specializes on developing standard projects, including apartment houses and public buildings, carrying out scientific-research work, etc.

In line with the prospectus of emission, the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan will receive 370,594 shares and Chestermere International – 283,723 stocks. Other part will be placed among individuals.
