Toshkentvinokombinati directs 52.95% of net income to payment of dividends
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Shareholders of Toshkentvinokombinati (Tashkent Wine Combine) open joint stock company with foreign investment distributed net income of the company for 2010.
The company said that net income of the company made up 6.164 billion soums in 2010.
According to the decision of shareholders, the company will direct 52.95% of net income or 3.264 billion soums to payment of dividends.
Shareholders allocated 47.03% of net income or 2.899 billion soums to increasing charter capital through capitalization. The company said it will increase par value of shares.
The company said that the charter capital will grew from 4.582 billion soums to 7.482 billion soums through increasing nominal value from 4,900 soums to 8,000 soums.
The company will also direct 0.02% of net income or 867,000 soums to development of production.
