The Center for coordination and control over functioning over securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the company on 6 December 2011.

Within the emission, Toshkentdonmahsulotlari will place 9,857,407 shares with par value of 300 soums each. Number of ordinary shares makes up 9,795,927 units and preferential securities – 61,480 units. Total sum of the issue makes up 2,957,222,100 soums.

The shares of emission will be placed on close subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with lesser par value to new ones with higher nominal value.

The company said that the part of shares for 985.741 million soums is paid on par value and other part for 1.971 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed income of previous years.
