The Center for coordinating and controlling over functioning of securities market registered additional emission of shares of the company.

Within the issue, the company will emit 1,105,600 shares with the par value of 800 soums each. The emission includes 1,100,107 ordinary and 5,493 preferential shares.

According to Supervisory Council of Toshkent Univermagi, the charter capital of the company makes up 884.48 million soums in line with the charter.
