The enterprise was created on the base of Uzbek Qogozi open joint stock company, which was announced bankrupt in 2009 and handed over to balance of the National Bank of Uzbekistan for Foreign Economic Activity. The charter capital of the enterprise is 22 billion soums.

Currently, two equipments are working at the enterprise and third one will be launched soon. The enterprise plans to launch fourth equipment in 2011.

The enterprise rehabilitated work of three papermaking machines and equipment on cardboard production. It also is repairing notebooks production line and equipment on production of embossed boxes. Annual capacity of the enterprise is 20,000 tonnes of paper products.

National Bank is planning to invest additional resources to rehabilitee building and infrastructure, purchase spare parts and equipment, carry out modernization works by the end of 2010.

Toshkent Qogozi is planning to produce 4,225 tonnes of products in 2010 and increase the volume to 17,400 tonnes in 2011.
