Toshkent Elektr Tarmoqlari floats shares for 4.782bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Toshkent Elektr Tarmoqlari (Tashkent Power Networks) open joint stock company increased its authorized capital up to 25.123 billion soums.

In line with announcement of the company, Toshkent Elektr Tarmoqlari issued 478,170 shares with par value of 10,000 soums. Total volume of emission on par value makes up 4,781,700,000 soums.

In the result, the charter capital of Toshkent Elektr Tarmoqlari will make up 25,122,790,000 soums, the company noted.

Main activity of Toshkent Elektr Tarmoqlari OJSC is distribution and sale of power energy.
