Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Gas supply has been temporarily suspended for thousands of residents in the Surkhandarya region. This was reported by the company "Hududgazta’minot."

According to the company, the outage was caused by a collision between a Nexia-3 vehicle and a gas pipeline.

The incident occurred at 1:30 AM in the "Olovuddin" neighborhood of the Denau district, resulting in 3,950 residents and 20 wholesale consumers being left without gas.

By morning, specialists managed to restore gas supply, according to "Hududgazta’minot."
