Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Sports facilities for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games in Beijing are ready. This was announced by the head of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach.

“We should already start preparing for the upcoming Winter Olympic Games in Beijing. We see the commitment and determination of our Chinese partners and friends, all the Olympic venues are ready for the best athletes in the world,” Bach said.

Also, the head of the IOC noted Tokyo’s readiness to host the Summer Games in 2021: “Tokyo remains the most prepared Olympic city in history. We can only thank our Japanese partners and friends for their tremendous commitment and determination.”
