A set of measures for the development of marketing and monetization of services also includes the development of museum sites, QR codes, applications, the placement of information materials about cultural sites at airports, public places, railway stations, advertising facilities and kiosks, and on board air and railway vehicles.
A unique electronic system of ticketing operations using blockchain technologies will be introduced at cultural and art objects. From 1 August 2020, this system will work in the State Academic Bolshoi Theater named after Alisher Navoi and in the Bukhara State Museum.
In addition, in accordance with the Decree of the President of our country “On measures to further enhance the role and importance of the sphere of culture and art in the life of society” of May 26, the first Sunday of every month in state museums will be declared as “open doors” when citizens are allowed to museum objects and museum collections.
The document also envisages the opening of puppet theaters in Navoi, Namangan, Syrdarya and Tashkent regions, the construction of puppet theaters buildings in Navoi, Namangan, Syrdarya, Kashkadarya, Khorezm and Tashkent regions, the creation of local history museums in the form of branches of state museums of history, the organization of a permanent activities in each region of traveling circuses (big tops, groups of tightrope walkers) and zoos.
