Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, on 13 November, a delegation led by Chairman of the Council of Higher Education of Turkiye Erol Ozvar traveled to Samarkand.

The guests visited Registan Square, Amir Temur Mausoleum, Al-Motrudi Mausoleum and Mirzo Ulugbek Observatory.

As we have already reported, a forum of representatives of more than 50 universities in Uzbekistan and 40 universities in Turkiye is being held in Samarkand.

The forum will focus on topics such as expanding opportunities for cooperation between higher education institutions of the two countries, student exchange programs, joint research projects and strengthening cooperation in other strategic areas, creating the opportunity to provide a global perspective.
