Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As part of the visit of the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Davron Vakhabov to the Federal Republic of Germany, the key area of establishing cooperation with the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce was the signing of the Decision on the creation of a joint Uzbek-German Economic Chamber in the city of Hamburg.

The purpose of creating the Economic Chamber is to support entrepreneurs of the two countries in ensuring unimpeded access to relevant institutions and departments, overcoming barriers to good communication and creating a platform for the much-important direct exchange between companies in Uzbekistan and Hamburg.

It is worth noting that the creation of this chamber was financed by the LUNO group of companies represented by director Mirko Novak.

Founding member Davron Vahabov was appointed as Chairman of the Uzbek-German Economic Chamber.

This once again shows the high trust shown by German partners in establishing closer, mutually beneficial cooperation of the business community between Uzbekistan and Germany.
