The Biden administration thus intends to minimize the penetration of possible terrorists into the United States through the territory of the EU.

According to the administration, migrants use EU countries as transit when trying to enter the United States. There may also be terrorists among these migrants.

It should be noted that more than 13.6 thousand citizens of Uzbekistan were detained while trying to illegally enter the United States in 2021-2023.
