Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The draft order of the director of the Agency for State Asset Management “On approval of the Unified National Valuation Standard of the Republic of Uzbekistan” has been published for discussion, Norma reports.

The document assumes the approval of the Unified National Assessment Standard of the Republic of Uzbekistan (ENSO).

ENSO determines the normative regulation of appraisal activities, and also establishes requirements for the procedure for conducting assessments and assessing assessments.

ENSO, in contrast to the current version:

brought into compliance with international valuation standards;

systematized;

contains standards for conducting an examination of the reliability of the assessment report;

sets the terms for using the assessment report;

contains standards:

on assessing the cost of vehicles;

by assessing the value of buildings under construction, reconstruction or repair (development);

determining the value of non-financial obligations (guarantees, obligations, etc.);

developed both in the state and Russian languages.
