Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Beijing held a presentation in Ulaanbaatar on the trade, economic, investment and tourism potential of our country, Dunyo news agency reports.

The event, organized with the support of the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Mongolia, was attended by managers and representatives of large manufacturing and tourism companies in this country.

Participants were familiarized with the process and essence of large-scale reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan in various areas. A detailed presentation was also made on updates in the field of entrepreneurship, tourism and investment potential, as well as favorable conditions and advantages created for foreign investors in our country.

During the event, it was noted that agricultural products, household appliances and pharmaceuticals produced in Uzbekistan are competitive in the Mongolian market and meet consumer requirements in terms of high quality and modernity.

During the dialogue with company representatives, issues related to doing business in Uzbekistan and increasing the volume of exports of our country’s products to Mongolia were discussed. Agreements were reached on the implementation of mutually beneficial cooperation projects in various fields.

Videos and presentation materials dedicated to the tourism potential of Uzbekistan were also presented to the participants of the event.

In turn, the President of the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry Dashtserengiin Enkhtuvshin drew attention to the need for further development of cooperation between Mongolia and Uzbekistan in the trade, economic, investment and tourism spheres and noted the readiness to close cooperation with the Uzbek side in the widespread use and implementation of opportunities in these areas.
