Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A meeting between Sardor Niyazov, the Deputy Chairman of the Tourism Committee and Sultanali Mekhmonov, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Tashkent State University of Economics, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, was held to enhance bilateral cooperation.

During the conversation, promising areas of cooperation between the Tourism Committee and the Tashkent State University of Economics were discussed.

Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of training a new generation of personnel, improving the system of working with talented youth, supporting them, creating modern educational programs, and developing strategies necessary for the continuous development of human resources.

Following the meeting, a memorandum of bilateral cooperation was signed between the Tourism Committee and the Tashkent State University of Economics. It identifies current areas of interaction, in particular, on the issues of obtaining theoretical knowledge and practical skills, as well as research and information and analytical activities.
