Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- From 13 to 16 July 2023, the third Festival of National Hospitality "Friendship of Peoples" was held in Moscow, in which representatives of all peoples and nationalities of the CIS take part.

As a guest of honor at the official opening of the Festival on 15 July, the Deputy Secretary General of the CIS Ilhom Nematov delivered a welcoming speech on the main stage, who congratulated all the participants on this wonderful holiday on behalf of the CIS Executive Committee and noted that the Festival of National Hospitality is an event , designed to continue the historical mission of friendship between peoples at VDNKh, to involve the capital in a holiday of good mood and good neighborliness.

VDNH is once again turning into the main exhibition of all CIS countries and becoming a place of friendship and cooperation, where people of different nationalities meet, who have one history and one desire - to live in peace and friendship, Ilhom Nematov noted.

The main goal of the festival is to get acquainted with the traditions, culture and cuisine of the peoples of Russia and the Commonwealth states.

The Festival Program includes large-scale concerts, master classes, sports events, performances by the Center for National Equestrian Traditions, children’s events, as well as a fashion show of national designers of the Commonwealth.
