Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Robotics Challenge-2022 championship has started at the INNO technopark under the Ministry of Innovative Development as part of the international week of innovative ideas InnoWeek.Uz-2022. President of KAUST University of Saudi Arabia Tonny Chan took part in the opening ceremony.

About 150 young people participate in the Robotics challenge, which is traditionally held annually as part of the InnoWeek.uz Innovation Week this year - in 2 different age groups in 3 areas:

1) in the direction of RC Classic, children from 8 to 12 years old participate in demonstration competitions in the areas of "Sumo", "Football" and "Tug of War" with their own plastic constructors.

2) in the direction of radio-controlled robotics, children from 13 to 16 years old participate in demonstration competitions in the areas of "Sumo", "Football" with their plastic constructors.

The championship will last 3 days, and on 21 October the winners in each direction will be awarded with valuable gifts.
