Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government resolution approved the Regulation on the procedure for changing the conditions of taxpayers’ payment by local government bodies.

The regulation establishes the procedure for postponement or payment by installments by state authorities at places of payment of property tax, land tax, tax for the use of water resources and turnover tax.

The Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the regional and Tashkent city Kengashes of people’s deputies (authorized body) make a decision within 30 days from the date of submission of the draft decision on the provision of the possibility of deferral or installment payment of taxes or on refusal to provide such an opportunity.

In the event that it is envisages the provision of the possibility of changing the timing of payment of taxes, a copy of the decision, which indicates:

- the type (types) of tax, according to which the possibility of deferral or payment by installments is provided;

- the amount of debt;

- term according to the type (types) of tax, according to which the possibility of deferral or payment by installments is provided;

- the procedure and terms for the payment of the amount of debt and accrued interest are sent by khokimiyats to the tax authority at the place of payment of the interested person and the interested person within 3 working days from the date of this decision.

Also, the Regulation specifies the List of industries and types of activities that have a seasonal nature.
