Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Resolution of the President "On improving the system of providing emergency medical care to the population" was adopted. 

In accordance with the Resolution, the Republican Emergency Medical Center and 14 of its regional branches will be created on the basis of the ambulance service and medical vehicles. Thanks to this, a unified vertical system for managing emergency medical care will be introduced. 

Control over the consumption of fuels and lubricants of ambulance vehicles is carried out through an electronic program.

The Resolution approved the Program of measures to improve the quality and further bring emergency medical care closer to the population.

Within the framework of the Program, radio communication and GPS trackers will be installed on ambulance vehicles, and teams will be equipped with tablets.

The electronic ambulance system will be fully implemented in other regions of the republic by September 1, 2023, based on the experience of the city of Tashkent. 

Uniform Call-centers will be created in the territorial branches of the Center.

The Call Centers will organize the activities of a special medical advisory service, consisting of doctors and employees who receive calls.

The practice of sending medical teams will be introduced, regardless of the border of the district (city) or region, depending on the proximity of the distance to the patient.
