Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 1 August, the acting khokim of Tashkent Shavkat Umurzakov met with representatives of pharmaceutical enterprises of the capital in the capital.

The main topic of discussion: increasing the level of localization and import substitution, increasing export performance, expanding the range of products.

Shavkat Umurzakov noted the need to consolidate resources and efforts to achieve the above goals, expressed the readiness of the khokimiyat of the capital to provide comprehensive support to enterprises and organizations of the pharmaceutical industry in order to produce and export local pharmaceutical products to near and far abroad.

Also, Shavkat Umurzakov asked the participants of the meeting, including authorized representatives of LLC Radiks, JV LLC Jurabek Laboratories, LLC Dentafill Plyus, LLC Remedy Group, etc., about the problems and issues in solving which they experience difficulties.

In response, the participants of the meeting noted the lack of qualified personnel in this area and problems with the logistics of products.

Shavkat Umurzakov assured the entrepreneurs that all issues would be studied and, as far as possible, resolved as soon as possible.
