Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As part of the Uzbek-Turkish business forum, which was held in Ankara (Türkiye), negotiations were held with the management of Daiichi Electronics.

This meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan Jamshid Kuchkarov and Chairman of the Uzeltehsanoat Association Mirziyod Yunusov.

It was noted that the demand for electronic components in the automotive industry is growing due to the expansion of automobile production and the launch of new production facilities in Uzbekistan.

The Uzeltehsanoat Association is negotiating with leading foreign companies on the implementation of new investment projects in this area.

At the meeting, issues of localizing the production of electronic components for cars, as well as prospects for cooperation in this area, were discussed.
