Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Agency for State Asset Management of Uzbekistan has initiated an open process for the sale of 100% of the state stake in the authorized capital of LLC "Khumsan Sanatorium."

The company RSM Uzbekistan has been selected as the consultant for the privatization, which will carry out the process based on advanced international experience.

The resort is located in the village of Khumsan, in the Bostanlyk district of Tashkent region, on the slopes of the Ugam mountain system, amid picturesque and unique landscapes, at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level, just 80 km northeast of Tashkent.

The total area of the sanatorium is 14.93 hectares, and the area of buildings and structures reaches 14,971.1 square meters. The sanatorium offers 253 accommodation rooms.

The asset sale process will be conducted based on a public invitation to negotiate, open to all interested parties.

The sale will occur in two stages: the first stage involves expressing interest (Expression of Interest), and the second stage involves collecting binding offers (Binding Offers).

Applicants are invited to express their interest in the form of an Application (Expression of Interest) by 18:00 (Tashkent time) on 31 October 2024.

During the expression of interest stage, the consultant will distribute investment teasers to attract potential investors.
