Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The Government resolution approved the Regulation on the procedure for using the funds of the Extrabudgetary Fund of the Intellectual Property Agency under the Ministry of Justice.

According to the Regulation, the Intellectual Property Agency opens the following settlement accounts:

- settlement accounts in foreign currency at banks, including block accounts;

- relevant treasury personal settlement accounts in national currency in the treasury departments.

The funds of the Agency’s Extrabudgetary Fund are accumulated on the Agency’s personal account opened with the Treasury of the Ministry of Finance.

The fund will be used for:

- logistical support of the Agency;

- construction, overhaul and maintenance, equipment of buildings and structures of the Agency;

- financial incentives and social protection of workers;

- financing of expenses for business trips and other similar purposes.

The funds will be spent from the corresponding treasury accounts in accordance with the estimates of income and expenses approved by the director of the Agency and registered in the prescribed manner.
