Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Governmental resolution approved the Regulations on the procedure for pre-trial resolution of disputes arising from state registration of rights to real estate.

According to the Regulation, an interested person, when appealing against the actions (inactions) of the responsible employees of the Chamber of State Cadastres during the state registration of rights to real estate, may apply to the Commission for the consideration of disputes arising from the state registration of rights to real estate, in writing or in electronic form through official website of the Chamber of State Cadastres.

The Commission is obliged to consider the appeal within 10 working days from the date of its receipt (regardless of the number of appeals).

The interested person or his legal representative has the right to participate in the consideration of the appeal.

Based on the results of consideration of the application, an appropriate decision is made.

If the interested person does not agree with the Commission’s decision, he/she shall apply to the Appeal Commission within 2 months from the date of receipt of the decision.

Accordingly, the Appeal Commission considers the appeal within 10 working days.

The interested person may appeal the decisions of the Commission and the Appeal Commission within the prescribed time limits.
