Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The rules for carrying out the activities of the Crypto Store have passed state registration with the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan.

These rules determine the procedure for organizing and carrying out the activities of a crypto store.

The crypto store operates through the electronic platform of the crypto store or through a trading facility.

The following operations are carried out in the Crypto store:

the electronic platform of the crypto store:

purchase or sale of crypto-assets in the national currency by making bank transfers by individuals;

purchase or sale of crypto-assets in foreign currency by making bank transfers by foreign individuals;

the trading object of the crypto store:

purchase of crypto-assets by individuals in the national currency by making bank transfers;

purchase by customers of crypto-assets for national or foreign cash currency;

sale of crypto-assets by clients only in national currency.

It is prohibited to perform the following operations in the Crypto Store:

transactions with clients that have not passed mandatory identification;

transactions with crypto-assets issued by residents of Uzbekistan;

transactions for the purchase or sale of anonymous crypto-assets, as well as non-fungible tokens.
