Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The “Pharmaceutical Products Safety Center” reports that when experts from the pharmaceutical licensing department inspected at the request of a citizen in a pharmacy owned by Arzon Dorikhona LLC, based on the results of the purchase, 25 types of medicines and products were identified, which have not passed state registration and do not have a certificate of conformity.

According to the above situation, the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court of the Center for the Safety of Pharmaceutical Products filed a claim for the annulment of license No. 1010 issued to Arzon Dorikhona for the retail sale of medicines and medical devices from 9 September 2020. The court adopted a decision to revokethe license issued Arzon Dorikhona LLC.

In accordance with Article 20 of the Law “On Medicines and Pharmaceutical Activities”, the purchase, retail sale and sale of low-quality, counterfeit, unregistered medicines and medical products, as well as illegal copies of medicines registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan, are prohibited.
