Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 8 February 2023, flight HY-9650 Kazan - Tashkent landed at the Tashkent Islam Karimov International Airport. Passenger M.S. rudely turned against the crew member - flight attendant X.X and made a scandal on board the aircraft.

On this fact, the Department for ensuring security at the objects of transport and tourism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs initiated an administrative case under Article 183 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.

This administrative case was considered in court, passenger M.S. found guilty of committing the offense specified in the above article, the passenger was sentenced to a fine in the amount of five times the basic evaluation value (BRV).
