Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation led by the chairman of ACWA Power from Saudi Arabia, Mohammed Abunayan, visited the Shirin Energy College of the Ministry of Energy and Thermal Power Plants.

As part of the visit, a meeting was organized with students studying at the college, during which the chairman of the company informed about the implementation process of projects carried out by ACWA Power together with the Shirin Energy College and plans, the introduction of new projects to further expand cooperation.

The company also presented certificates of honor and memorable gifts to a group of talented college students.

The college has introduced training in such specialties as electrician, mechanic for repairing power plant equipment, welder, operator of information machines and computer networks, aimed at providing training for students who graduate from college with high results in higher educational institutions on the basis of grants from ACWA Power and their employment in the future.
