Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Board of the Central Bank adopted a resolution "On amendments and additions to the Instruction on the organization of cash work, collection of cash receipts and other valuables in commercial banks".

In accordance with the laws "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "Banks and banking activities" the following changes and additions are made to the Instruction.

Two concepts are introduced:

cash desks organized outside the building of the bank (branch) - cash desks-mini-banks, cash desks of banking services offices, special cash desks and other types of cash desks;

collection service - a service that provides services for collection, delivery and support of cash and other valuables of business entities, banks, their branches and offices.

The simplified procedures governing the construction, equipping with equipment and technology of bank cash desks, organized both in the building of the bank (branch) and outside, have been supplemented. In particular, the grounds for:

decisions to open a cash desk;

the procedure for receiving, processing and storing securities and insurance policies as collateral and guarantees;

staffing table;

number of clients;

types of services;

security, etc.

Bank cash desks can be organized anywhere with remote daily control.

Cash desks can be organized in the buildings of business entities by agreement with the bank (branch). The types of services provided by the bank cashier are specified in the contract.

The maintenance, registration and approval of cash books, magazines and forms can be carried out in electronic form. For this, financially responsible persons working with software products must be biometrically identified.
