Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A fruitful Uzbek-Turkish summit in Ankara has ended.

During the official visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, a number of high-level events took place.

The heads of states held a meeting in a narrow format and the third meeting of the Strategic Cooperation Council.

As a result, a Joint Declaration on deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries was signed, as well as 19 bilateral documents.

For the first time, the leaders held a joint meeting with the heads of leading enterprises and companies.

A ceremony was held to award the head of our state with the “Order of the Turkish Republic” - the highest state award of this country.

At the end of the visit, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his wife were seen off at Esenboga International Airport by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his wife.

The head of our state left for Tashkent.
