Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution “On measures to improve the activities of non-governmental educational organizations”.

In accordance with the resolution, a unified form of state-approved documents was approved, confirming the passage of training at a non-governmental educational organization for retraining and advanced training

According to the resolution, before 1 October 2020, an “Information system for managing non-state education” will be created, which will include reliable information about non-state educational organizations, recipients of their education, teachers and the educational process.

Also, from 1 October 2020:

- one of the licensing requirements and conditions after obtaining a license from a non-governmental educational organization will be - providing the State Inspectorate for Quality Supervision of Education with relevant information for inclusion in the “Non-State Education Management Information System”;

- the lack of reliable information about the non-governmental educational organization, the recipients of their education, teachers and the educational process within 30 days from the receipt of the license - will be the basis for suspension or termination of the license;

- for the issuance of letterheads of state-standard documents on obtaining a non-state education on the issues of training and advanced training of personnel, a fee of 10 percent of the BRV is introduced.

The resolution approved:

- The model charter of a non-governmental educational organization;

- The Regulation on the procedure for issuing forms of state-standard documents on non-state education on training and advanced training of personnel.
