Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 14 April 2023, a regular meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States will be held in Samarkand. The meeting will be held face-to-face.

There are 10 items in the draft agenda of the meeting, among them is the exchange of views on topical issues of the international agenda. Also, members of the Council of Foreign Ministers intend to discuss the issue of the Spartakiad of the CIS countries among children with disabilities, sum up the implementation of the Plan for multi-level inter-MFA consultations within the CIS and the Action Program to enhance partnership between the foreign ministries of the Commonwealth countries in 2022.

The heads of the foreign ministries will also consider topics related to determining the sports, cultural and youth capitals of the CIS, granting the status of a basic organization for the training and retraining of journalistic personnel, interaction on the issues of documenting persons subject to forcible expulsion with certificates of return.
