Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Yashnabad Technopark under the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan received a new building, its opening took place on 27 August this year in Yashnabad district of Tashkent.

The Yashnabad Innovation Technopark was created to create a favorable environment for the development of high technologies, ensure the sustainable development of scientific, technological and innovative entrepreneurship, create small innovative enterprises, establish production and supply competitive, highly demanded science-intensive products to domestic and foreign markets.

The uniqueness of the Yashnabad Technopark lies in the provision of unprecedented benefits to its residents, such as: tax incentives, customs preferences, preferential terms for the lease of industrial and office premises with all the infrastructure. Also, the technopark is empowered to provide assistance to the residents of the technopark across the entire range of research and production activities and in establishing sustainable cooperation ties in the domestic and international markets.

To date, 32 residents have already been registered in the Yashnabad Technopark. Some of them are at the stage of introducing their innovative developments; there are residents with their own finished production.
