Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Netherlands, Senegal, England and the United States progressed to the 1/8 finals of the World Cup in Qatar.

The Netherlands defeated Qatar with a score of 0:2. Cody Gakpo (26th minute) and Frenkie de Jong (49th) scored for the Netherlands.

Senegal beat Ecuador with a score of 2:1 and reached the 1/8 finals of the World Cup in Qatar.

Goals for Senegal were scored by Ismaila Sarr (44th minute, from the penalty spot) and Kalidou Koulibaly (70). Moises Caicedo (57) netted the goal for Ecuador.

England defeated Wales with the score 3-0. For England, Marcus Rashford scored a brace (50th and 68th minutes), Phil Foden scored another goal (52). Rashford scored his third goal of the tournament and equaled Ecuadorian Enner Valencia, Frenchman Kylian Mbappé and Dutchman Cody Gakpo on top scorers lisr. Team USA beat Iran 1-0 thanks to Christian Pulisic’s goal in the 38th minute.
