Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- At the end of the first quarter of 2024, the net profit of Uzmetkombinat JSC decreased by 71.9% and amounted to 60.5 billion soums compared to the same period in 2023.

The company’s quarterly reporting showed an increase in net revenue by 2.7%, exceeding 1.9 trillion soums

Income from financial activities decreased from 132.1 billion to 87.9 billion soums, while expenses in this area increased from 75.4 billion to 135.5 billion soums.

Long-term bank loans increased from 3.5 trillion to 3.6 trillion soums, and short-term ones - from 1.3 trillion. up to 1.4 trillion soums.

The assets of Uzmetkombinat JSC increased by 26.2% and reached 12.9 trillion soums. The company’s equity capital at the end of the first quarter of 2024 increased by 39.2% and amounted to 5.7 trillion soums.
