Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A meeting with the delegation of the United Arab Emirates headed by the Minister of Energy and Industry Suhail bin Muhammad al-Mazrui was held at the Ministry of Finance.

The guests noted the growing dynamics of relations between the two countries and expressed their readiness for further mutually beneficial long-term cooperation.

During the conversation, current projects were discussed, including the construction of a wind power plant, the privatization of the Talimarjan TPP with the subsequent modernization of the existing and construction of new blocks, the attraction of funds from the state investment company Emirate Abu Dhabi Mubadala to organize the production of polymer products based on MTO technology (methanol to olefins).

At present, the parties have agreed on the composition of the working groups on the implementation of projects.
