Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan announced that from 1 June 2024, the maximum price per cubic meter of methane will not exceed 3,750 soums. 

This decision was made by the government of Uzbekistan.

The department emphasized that gas filling compressor stations that set unreasonably high prices for methane will be disconnected from gas supplies.

Until 1 June 2024, the maximum retail price for gas at gas filling stations is set at 3,350 soums per cubic meter.
