The legal campaign “Not a single person will be left without documents” starts in Uzbekistan.

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The legal campaign “Not a single person will be left without documents” started in Uzbekistan.

The legal action is carried out by the Ministry of Justice from 20 January to 20 March 2024.

As part of the legal action, assistance will be provided to the following persons:

- persons who do not have identification documents due to an unregistered birth;

- persons whose death of a close relative has not been recorded;

- persons who, due to the lack of a medical certificate about the birth or death of a close relative, have to go to court to establish a legal fact;

- persons who have encountered problems during state registration or re-registration of business entities;

- persons who have encountered difficulties during state registration of their real estate.

As part of this legal action, including:

- an inventory of unregistered births and deaths will be carried out at the republican level;

- appeals from citizens of this type will be promptly accepted locally through special headquarters organized in district (city) departments of justice, or by calling the short “helpline” number 1148;

- off-site receptions will be organized.

As a result, these individuals will have:

- the birth is registered and the relevant documents are drawn up;

- the death of close relatives was registered and certificates were issued;

- applications have been submitted to the courts to establish the facts of birth or death and, on the basis of a court document, the birth (death) will be registered;

- assistance was provided in state registration and re-registration of business entities;

- together with the authorized bodies, practical assistance will be provided to persons who encounter difficulties during the state registration of their real estate.
