The Japanese concept of Kaizen or the key to the success of the company

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to create additional opportunities for self-development, increase capacity in the field of planning and optimization of work, the National Agency for Advanced Projects organized a master class on the application of Kaizen in public administration from Margulan Seisembaev, an international speaker, public figure and author of a number of educational courses on Kaizen.

The master class was attended by representatives of government organizations, the banking sector, businessmen and students. The speaker shared with the participants of the master class effective mechanisms that ensure the optimization of business processes and personal development - the philosophy of Kaizen.

The listeners present at the master class showed great interest, actively asked questions about the intricacies of the Kaizen philosophy, about ways to increase the efficient use of resources and time, about the speaker’s own experience and other areas. All participants highly appreciated the organization of the event and left positive feedback.

“One of the most common definitions of the Japanese Kaizen philosophy is lean manufacturing. Therefore, many mistakenly do not pay attention to this tool and refuse it. In fact, production is not only a place where a product is created, but also a place where a service or any other process is created. At our master class, I tried to “infect” you with Japanese philosophy and tell you about some Kaizen tools, about my experience,” Margulan Seisembaev noted in his speech.

Dedicated to the application of Kaizen in management, the master class was held in order to create additional opportunities for self-development, increase the potential in the field of planning and optimize the work of managers and employees at all levels.

Kaizen is a management technique that aims to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and reduce the time required to complete operations.

Kaizen assumes that all participants in the process should work together to improve the results of a common cause. This may include managers, workers and other participants in the process. Everyone should contribute to the process and constantly strive for improvement.

Key principles include process improvement, learning, participation of all stakeholders, and the use of evidence for decision making. He also suggests using performance metrics, quality control, process standardization, and other quality management tools.
