Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The leadership of the Ferghana Regional Department of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade took part in a meeting with the head of the Japanese companies Sanctuary and DS Drone School Osaka Uemura Masato.

During the meeting, issues such as the introduction of a “smart” agriculture system in Ferghana region, increasing the efficiency of growing crops and caring for crops through the introduction of information technology and the use of drones, including for spraying fertilizers, were discussed.

An exchange of views also took place on a joint project for the organization of public catering facilities "Kobe" in the city of Ferghana.
